Which information
Name, company, email, phone, subject and message from the contact form, together with the IP address and browser details at the time of sending. The form sends this information to the site's server over an encrypted connection; the server forwards it as a single email to bilgi@hzd.com.tr and does not store it in a database. The language choice is kept in a cookie and the color choice in the browser's local storage.
Why
Only to answer the request that was sent. The trade name, address and phone published on the site are public.
Retention
The message arrives in the company mailbox and stays there until the request is finished. To prevent abuse, an irreversible hash of the IP address is kept for at most one hour.
Third parties
Fonts are served from the site's own server. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps when the page opens; your IP address is sent to Google at that point. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
