KVKK Clarification Text
Clarification text under article 10 of Turkey's personal data protection law (KVKK) for the contact form: data controller, data, purposes and your rights.
This notice is for people who use the contact form, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Data processed and purpose
Name, company, email, phone, subject and message, plus the IP address at the time of sending, in order to answer the request. The form data is forwarded by the server as an email and is not stored in a database. To prevent abuse, a hash of the IP address is kept for at most one hour. The language choice is kept in a cookie and the theme choice in the browser.
Rights
For the rights in Article 11 of the Law, write to bilgi@hzd.com.tr: to learn whether data is processed, to ask for correction or deletion, and to complain if processing is unlawful. The application is concluded within the period set by the Law.
